Humphrey has over 15 years’ industry experience of practicing Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) management roles working across the sectors of Oil & Gas and Manufacturing services

His project experience includes Tullow Infrastructure projects (Airport apron and road works, Gen Set expansion, New Regional office, Warehousing, etc), TEN Oil Development, TEN FPSO OPERATIONS – Development of EHS management system, Induction video, Incident investigations and reviews, Jubilee acidification project (removal of carbonates within wells to maximise oil production), Jubilee FPSO Operations- (FPSO EHS Management, Hazops, Safety Case Review, Case to Operate, MOC,s, Gas Tie in to Ghana Gas, Formal Safety Assessments), Achimota Site Full Beer Store Expansion, Achimota Site Water tanks expansion project, Facilities Improvement Plan (Permit to work, LOTO, Risk assessment, Environmental Management, Contractor Management, Contractor EHS Readiness review and Plans, Electronic Care Card System and Facilities Documentations), Fire Certificate for Tema Factory, Refinery upgrade project (Dual fuel boiler installation), Longest number of days without LTI achieved at Unilever Ghana Limited.
