Narendra is an accomplished and results-oriented professional with 19 years field experience in the construction of Multinational Oil & Gas Pipelines, Refinery Projects, Petrochemical & Mining Projects including Brownsfield and Greensfield projects. He has worked in the various roles of Quality Assurance & Control Manager, Principle Auditor, Lead Auditor, Construction Manager, Client Representative, QA/QC Engineer and has also carried out NDE activities in the upstream & downstream project value chain.

Before joining WEC, Narendra has managed 5 Mega Projects in Kuwait, Namibia, Iraq, Kazakhstan & Turkey with various Oil & Gas companies and EPC Contractors in remote and extreme severe locations and also in remote security-sensitive desert locations on a Pipeline Project for West Qurna-II in Iraq as the Company Representative with Lukoil and British Petroleum-Iraq.

Prior these projects, Narendra was responsible to ensure Project Quality Systems are in place by preparing, reviewing and commenting on Quality Manuals, Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Works Instructions, Safety & Health Manuals for projects in accordance with ISO 9001:2000/2015 standards, International Codes and compliance to Client’s specifications and contract requirements.
