Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe is the Executive Director (Finance & Administration) of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited. Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe has an eye for detail and is dedicated to achieving set goals and desirous of creating systems and processes that simplify work for her and her department. As part of the management team, Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe brings invaluable and critical contributions towards shaping the policies that have made the company successful and therefore also made her a beacon of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited.

Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Finance and Investment at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. She also has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Takoradi Technical University (TTU), Ghana. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the ‘Teach, Train and Send Theological Seminary” in Georgia, USA.

She is married to Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe, the CEO of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited, a Ghanaian Engineering Company. Through her instrumentation and her husband’s innovativeness and ingenuity the company has eight (8) branches across Africa, located in South Africa, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, DR Congo, Mali with Ghana as its head office and additional growth envisaged across other regions in Africa. The team of Dr and Dr Mrs. Sarah Wayoe has acquired very enviable clientele base in the Mining and Oil & Gas industry.

Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe is the founder of Wayoe Workers’ Wives Association (WWWA) which was formed to let wives of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited workers, understand the nature of the job their husbands were into. She had the vision to bring the wives together and educate them to support their husbands. It has always been her desire to encourage the wives of the company to go into other forms of business to support their husbands and families and she knew this could be achieved through the vehicle of an association.

Another of her bigger goals is to use the association she envisioned for charitable ventures such as visiting hospitals, orphanages, prisons and the less privileged in the society with some donations and which goal, the association has executed exceptionally.

Dr. Mrs. Sarah Liki Wayoe is the epitome of goodness and always works so hard and passionately to ensure a fulfilling life not just for herself but for everyone else she comes into contact with. She always brings her ‘A’ game to any task big or small and she is an integral part of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited’s continued success.
