Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe is a self-motivated and hardworking person. An entrepreneur, a big dreamer, and a workaholic who is always determined to turn dreams into reality. Failure in his pursuit is just a bit of tongue as he doesn’t allow failure to stop him from achieving his aims. He does things beyond expatiation, thus making him achieve bigger dreams and aims. Dr. Stephen is very brave and ingenious which makes him work excellently under pressure.  

He has 15 years of experience in project and people management. He started as a welder and fabricator in his early years. He will take smaller projects and complete them in a friend’s fabrication shop. He later joined J&P Engineering and TIC International on Ahafo Gold Project for 2years before establishing his Company, Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited which is now largest privately-owned Ghanaian Engineering and Construction company operating since the year 2000 with world-class capabilities and expertise spanning across the complete client value chain in the disciplines of Structural Steelwork, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical & Instrumentation, Piping & Platework (SMEIPP) project work. 

Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe executed numerous projects as the Project Manager of WEC, his portfolio includes Bogoso Sulphide Expansion project for Golden Star Resources , AngloGold Expansion project for Anglogold Ashanti, Gold Fields Ghana Limited Boiler shop project for Gold Fields Limited, also Perseus Gold Project for Perseus Mining , Newmont Ahafo Power project for Newmont Goldcorp , Keegan Asanko Gold Project for Keegan Resources and Nzema Gold project for Adamus Resources.

Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe as the Owner and Project Manager of Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited achieved The International Quality Crown Award which acknowledges the strong commitment to Quality and Excellence, The International Arch of Europe Award (IAE) and The Bizz Awards which recognizes leading businesses from different regions that contribute to the daily growth of their local economy and the world economy. Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe was honoured by the Golden Trade Leaders Club at an awards dinner in New York for his dedication to quality and business excellence and also been awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree for his social contribution to humanity and religious work.

Over the years, Dr. Stephen gained experience in executing different projects ranging from complex to very simple projects in diverse areas including, Shop detailing, Fabrication, Welding, Pipe fittings, Mechanical Installation, Machinery operation, Tendering, Execution planning, Procurement, QA/QC management, Project management, etc.
