Sylvester has over 15 years’ experience of practicing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management roles having worked across the sectors of Construction, Mining, Mine Drilling and Oil & Gas.

A self-motivated, creative, keen and a conscientious contributor and hardworking man with excellent interpersonal skills, vigorous extreme within a working group, analytical and problem solver with initiative, drive, and perseverance. Capable of coping with intense pressures of work, performs with minimum supervision and has a dedicated and committed attitude to work as well as a high degree of honesty and integrity with a wealth of experience in Occupational Health and Safety.

Sylvester worked with Desimone Ghana on the bulk earthworks & civils package at the Newmont Ahafo Gold Project. He also worked with Group Five on the Bogoso Sulphide Expansion Project in Ghana, Syama Gold Project in Mali, Iduapriem Expansion Project in Ghana, Kibali Gold Project in Northern DRC, Husab Uranium Project in Swakopmund, Namibia, Siguiri Combination Project in Conakry, Guinea. He also worked with Adamus Gold Mine as the Senior Mining Safety Advisor and Expro Gulf Oil Services Company as Safety Coordinator responsible for Ghana and Cote d’ Ivoire and for Webb Construction on AGA Makeover Project in Obuasi, Ghana. Sylvester also worked for DRA Minerals as SHER Supervisor on the construction of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant) and the construction of the Subika Underground.
