Prior to starting up their company, both held jobs for a couple of large firms in the mining and manufacturing industries. They both were exposed to the challenges faced by local companies in the industry and after working for these large companies for over a period of time, they made the decision to follow their dreams of being entrepreneurs striving to create job opportunities and localization in Ghana to achieve great heights in the industry.

Dr. Stephen Narh Wayoe & Dr. Sarah Liki Wayoe built the company to become one of the high-profile engineering & construction companies in the country with operations spanning across Africa and have been recognized by several accreditation bodies in the local and international markets.
