Engineered Skid & Packages

Our Engineered Skid Packages are custom-built composite packages mounted on skids for plug-and-play operations at remote offshore and wellhead locations. WEC conducts comprehensive inspection and testing, including a factory acceptance test based on the client’s basic process design and P&ID. Our skid work involves detailed engineering, fabrication, and assembly of structural skid frames, pressure components, piping work, and electrical and instrumentation work.

Filter Skid Packages – gas filtering, liquid filtration system and more.
Chemical Injection Packages – injection packages include corrosion inhabitations injection, chemical injection, etc. This includes supply and installation of vessels, metering pumps, and electrical & instrumentation work.
Compressor Packages – we offer skid-mounted air compression and gas compression packages.
Metering Packages – specialised custody metering packages provided for bulk flow lines for gas and liquid transportation.
Offshore Modular Packages – specialised modular package for gas and liquid custody operations at offshore and wellhead locations, including on-plot tie-ins.
Flare Gas Recovery Packages – a flare recovery package based on liquid ring compressors. This is for the recovery of excess flare gases at offshore and onshore gas stations.
Surge Relief Skid Packages – surge relief packages for cross-country pipelines for water, gas, and crude oil. The package is designed and supplied using Surge Relief Vessels technology.
