Piping Spool Fabrication

WEC’s workshop possesses the necessary expertise to fabricate, inspect, and rigorously test pipe spools to ASME B31 and API 5L specifications. We ensure that all client and project requirements are met to perfection. Furthermore, we have an unrivalled capability to handle the following materials and metallurgy with utmost precision:

Cold Bending of Pipes

At WEC, our cold bending capability for pipes is capable of performing mitre bends on pipes that are up to 14″ NB in size, with a bending radius that ranges from 1 to 30 metres, all based on the specific requirements of our clients.

Miter Fabrication

Our facility is equipped with a specialised pipe processing machine for CNC profile cutting. In addition, the facility can fabricate 45°and 90° Miters. We can also provide fabricated branches, and Y-Type branch connections to work on pipe diameters of up to 1000 mm.
